Do these 3 simple things EVERY day for 42 days for long term results.

Are you ready to transform your sales game in just 42 days? Welcome to the ultimate sales challenge designed to push your limits, sharpen your skills, and skyrocket your success. This isn’t just any challenge; it’s a journey to becoming the best version of yourself as a sales professional.

Why 42 Days?

Because it’s the perfect amount of time to form new habits, master new techniques, and see real, tangible results.
Over the next six weeks, commit to these 3 simple tasks every day and you’ll see the results. You’ll find it both challenging and rewarding.

1. Change Your Shop Window or External Display EVERY Day

Theme your display for the entire 42 days, making small changes daily. This keeps things fresh and engaging.
Draw inspiration from great examples and share your displays.
Theme for seasons, holidays, or events. Tell a story and add a new chapter each day.
Involve your customers by including something that doesn’t fit the theme and inviting them to find it.

2. Ask EVERY Customer to Check In on Facebook and Write a Review

Not everyone will do it, but more will if you ask. It also motivates you and your staff to deliver outstanding service.
Ensure you provide something exceptional so their reviews will be positive and seen by many.
Think of ways to create viral concepts.
In one shopping centre I managed, we ran a ‘Win a Tinny’ promotion and offered double entries for Facebook check-ins. The atmosphere was vibrant, and 70-80% of shoppers learned to check in for extra entries.

3. Offer EVERY Customer an Extra Product or Service

Provide freebies that add value without hurting your profits.
Free coffee or vouchers are always well-received.
Offer ‘how-to’ cards, recipes, or books. Partner with authors for free books.
Give quality promotional items that last. I still use a gold business card holder from a Channel Seven sales rep more than 30 years ago.
Stress balls are great and long-lasting.

In Summary

Each day is a step closer to achieving your sales goals and exceeding your own expectations.

To ensure you do these 3 things every day, spend half a day setting out a 42-day action plan. Brainstorm with your team and Google for industry-specific ideas.

The world is full of ideas, but success comes from consistent action.
