There’s a new kind of magic brewing inside the old Paragon Theatre in Childers—and it’s not just the smell of fresh espresso or the flicker of classic films on the big screen.

This beloved heritage cinema has taken on a vibrant new role as the home of the Perfectly Imperfect Collective—a local artisan hub where creativity, nostalgia, and community come together in the most delightful way.

If you haven’t yet wandered into this evolving creative space, consider this your official invitation to step inside.

More Than a Shop—It’s a Collective Experience
Visiting the Perfectly Imperfect Collective is like stepping into a living, breathing art piece. Part vintage daydream, part makers’ market, this isn’t your average shopping trip. Instead, it’s a slow, soulful wander through handcrafted beauty, unique curiosities, and local talent you won’t find anywhere else.
Meet the Makers
This charming collective is home to a growing tribe of passionate creators and collectors, each adding their own thread to the tapestry of the space.

Among the ever-evolving lineup, you’ll find:
Will Make It, Soulwood Studio, My Vintage, The Felt Workshop, Equilibrium Soap Co, Whiskey In A Teacup, Found By Feather / Jay Feather Art, Weavers Knot Books / Jaaneman Art, Princess Devilman, Sidekick Sewing, Annette Tyson – Art & Words and Mrs Meraki / Kooki Kow
Every corner has a story, every item is made with heart, and Perfectly Imperfect is absolutely on purpose.

Come for the Coffee, Stay for the Creativity
The Paragon’s Espresso Bar is open 7 days a week (7:30am–12:30pm), so whether you’re just stopping in for a morning brew or exploring the entire Collective (open Thursday to Sunday, 9am–12:30pm), you’ll find something to satisfy your soul.
Want to Join the Collective?
If you’re a maker, artist, collector or upcycler who shares the ethos of local, handmade, sustainable and different—there may be a space for you in the Collective.

The best part? They handle the sales, customer interaction, and merchandising so you can focus on creating.
